William Dankbar, President and CEO, Director
Bill has over 30 years experience as an executive, risk manager and commodity merchandiser. Since 2002, Bill has been responsible for directing Grain Merchandising and Risk Management programs at US Commodities/Northstar Commodities (no relation to North Star Rail Intermodal) in St. Paul. Bill spent 19 years in management and marketing at The Pillsbury Company running Pillsbury’s barge freight merchandising as well as Pillsbury’s Rail/Truck transportation manager, managing over $125 million in annual shipments.
Randy Schwake, Chief Financial Officer
Randy has over 25 years in agricultural finance both as a production agricultural lender and a rural bank president. He is a leading advocate of value added agriculture and was co-founder of the Al-Corn Clean Fuels ethanol plant in Southern Minnesota. He holds his Series 3 license and has conducted risk management seminars and been an instructor for the Midwest Bankers Institute and Minnesota Department of Agriculture Risk Management Certification Program.
